A series of detailed conceptual sketches of a residence playing with the theme of seashells and imaging the environment to be underwater. I imagined this as a mansion of sorts. Each interior scenario is unique because I wanted the owners personality to come into the design.

For each piece of drawing, they individually represent the depth of the characters themselves as each space has a specific unique element to unite the pieces together. This space can be defined by the texture of the materials; the colour within the spaces can personify the individual or the influences drawn from natural forms or organic structures from where the character is from.

The exterior façade was drawn from the shell of the queen conch shell. The interior however is a vast contrast to the exterior because it was more influenced by art nouveau I loved the floral and free flowing organic movements as well as aquatic life. The occupants of such a grand home happen to be sea creatures. This excludes mermaids.
